STS is built to suit all your ID Spline work for a variety of industries and applications. From a 6 toothed spline for a mandrel body or 2 keyways for a valve adapter, STS will impress you with the quality of work and quick turnaround on your most intricate ID spline.
We specialize in DRILLING JARS, DOWNHOLE MOTOR PARTS and VALVE ACTUATION.
If you have a torque transfer feature in your part we have a solution to machine it!
Some of our experience involves square, radius bottom, dovetail, angled slots of various sizes as well as 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 teeth or any other exotic combination spline. Our capability includes 8+ machines that have up to 11’ tables and 36” stroke.
